Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can bridge the gap between business and technology. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirement gathering (BRD/FRD), software testing, and data analysis using SQL & Python , with the ability to drive end-to-end project delivery.
️ Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements in the form of BRD (Business Requirements Document) and FRD (Functional Requirements Document)
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable technical requirements
• Act as a liaison between business teams and development teams to ensure clarity and alignment
• Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios to ensure product quality
• Perform manual and/or automation testing , including functional, regression, and UAT support
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and reporting
• Use Python for data analysis, validation, or automation of testing processes
• Identify gaps, perform root cause analysis, and ensure defect tracking and resolution
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and releases
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience in BRD & FRD documentation (understanding business vs functional requirements)
• Hands-on experience in Software Testing (Manual/Automation)
• Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, data validation)
• Working knowledge of Python (data handling, scripting, automation)
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
⭐ Good to Have
• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, PyTest, etc.)
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with APIs and backend testing
• Experience working in product-based or data-driven environments
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
