Job Description :
Digital Customer Acquisition :
- Customer acquisition and cost reduction through effective campaign management across digital channels.
- Work with the Mobile Innovations team for the launch of the new and Intuitive Mobile App
- Lead the design, development and Go-to-Market strategy for the App.
- Managing the product lifecycle of products sold online through the app.
- Implement channel level monthly growth metrics through discussions with stakeholders from marketing & sales.
- Increase channel conversion by optimizing product keywords rank, website ad placements
- Establish partnerships with other app companies in travel, music, carrier billing, recharge/bill payments, cricket, news and music
- Devise go-to-market strategy, and orchestrate product campaign through all digital touch-points; SEM, GDN, Facebook, Email, SMS, and Website personalization, to increase intent traffic in a month
- Create a product landing page basis historical funnel insights from website analysis
- Working closely with the design agency for developing an overall effortless digital transactional Experience through Design Thinking & Strategy.
- Defining user journey & experience for the proper flow & layout of all transactions
Role Requirements :
a. Education/Qualification : Post-graduate in Business Management from a Premier B-School (with specialization in Marketing/related field, if applicable). A background of Engineering / Computer science will be preferred.
b. Experience : 2 to 5 years- relevant experience in FMCG Digital Marketing/ Managing Apps of Banking/ Online retail/ other consumer goods.
Salary : 20.0-22.0 LPA (Although not a limiting factor)
