Job Description
• To oversee and manage their product daily through data insights, customer studies, competitive comparisons & benchmarking, stakeholder interviews and closely work with the tech team to build product strategy and release features.
• Collaborate with the Tech Development team to develop a deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build the right set of features, and track adoption for same.
• Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed.
• Gather detailed functional requirements and create Scope of Work, Product Required Documents (PRDs), and other supporting documents for rapid development and effectively manage trade-offs between costs/schedules versus customer benefits.
• We are expected to respond RFPs provided by our clients.

Steering Job Requirements & Tasks
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the Payment Solutions Domain (Payment Gateway / Point Of Sale)
• Understanding requirements, deriving a product vision and strategy, and working with world-class engineers to execute it.
• Ownership of products including defining the scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including sales, marketing, business management, customer support, and engineering teams.
• Track record of successful collaboration with a product development team, Multiple Stakeholders, internal as well as external.
• Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Strong business management and analysis skills.
• Should have owned the complete product lifecycle from conceptualization to release and roadmap.
• Help create product vision and strategy, product roadmaps as well as a detailed specification of product requirements, workflows, and user stories.
• Should have worked on major Product development projects for any of Payment’s integrations, like CC/DC, NB, UPI (Collect and QR), Auto Pay (UPI Auto Pay, E-NACH, SI), BBPS, Cross Border Payments
• Must behold fair idea of modules like Reconciliation, Pay-out, Refund, Settlement, Chargeback

Qualification Criteria
BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Communication from a reputed institute
