Job Description
• Responsible for preparing MIS and budget reports on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
• Responsible for preparing finance and accounting presentation for Board and other committee meetings.
• Robust database management.
• Analysis and deviation analysis of weekly and monthly expenditures.
• Provide insights on existing data to internal/external stakeholders.
• Validate and identify issues on vendor related pay-outs.
• Creation of multiple Excel based Dashboards for Reporting and analysis of Finances/Revenue/Payments.
• Prepare analytical monthly variance reports comparing Budgets vs Actuals and apply analytical reasoning skills to identify reasons for variances.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
• M.Com / B.Com / B.B.A./B.S. (with specialization in Accountancy / Finance) / C.A. inter or equivalent degree.
• Minimum post-qualification experience of at least 4-5 years in Accounts and Finance in Corporate entities / IIT’s or equivalent institutions.
Required Expertise:
• Should have knowledge of Government rules in Financial procedures/ Accounting / Auditing and Administrative matters.
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, data analytics, and preparing and maintaining daily reports in Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Table.
• Should be comfortable handling large amounts of data and possess good analytical and quantitative skills.
• Superior analytical skills are also necessary for drilling down to transaction/workflow details.

• The position is contractual, full time in nature and subject to periodic performance reviews
