Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member who is available to work on weekends, holidays, and some weekdays. This role includes the following key responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and welcoming customers
Leading facility tours for guests
Managing the employee schedule for the upcoming week
Retaining and accurately recalling all company information
Operating our custom POS system to book parties
Keeping detailed records and following up with customers regarding their reservations
Processing payments and upselling party packages
Handling basic social media tasks
Performing light cleaning and upkeep to maintain the facility
Managing credit card transactions
Responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, requests, and bookings
Ensuring seamless party operations, managing staff, and engaging with customers
Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Excellent memory retention and attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
A genuine love for working with children
Outstanding organizational and administrative skills
Dedication to maintaining a safe and clean environment (ability to lift up to 40 lbs)
A proactive self-starter who thrives in independent work
A positive attitude with a professional appearance
