Job Overview:

iiiEM Global Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly analytical and result-driven Fund Raising & Finance Manager who can take complete ownership of fund-raising activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial analysis , number crunching, and deep business understanding, along with the ability to independently manage investor relationships.

This role is critical and requires someone who can effectively work on behalf of leadership in financial strategy and fund raising execution .



Responsibilities

Fund Raising:

Lead end-to-end fund raising through:
Private Investors / HNIs
PE / VC firms
SME IPO (coordination with merchant bankers)
Banks / NBFCs
Government schemes, subsidies, and financial benefits


Financial Analysis & Strategic Work:

Develop detailed financial models, projections, and forecasts
Perform in-depth financial analysis and business valuation
Build and present data-driven insights to support fund raising
Prepare investor pitch decks, financial presentations, and reports
Analyze business performance, cost structures, and growth metrics


Investor & Stakeholder Management:

Connect with investors, lenders, and financial institutions
Handle complete communication, negotiations, and follow-ups
Maintain strong investor relationships and ensure timely closures


Finance Support:

Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and basic accounting coordination
Ensure financial data readiness for due diligence and audits


Required Skills:

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (must-have)
Strong expertise in financial modeling & data analysis
Excellent command over numbers, calculations, and logical reasoning
Ability to perform deep financial analysis and interpret business data
Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint)
Good understanding of fund raising processes, valuation, and finance concepts
Familiarity with AI tools will be an added advantage


Preferred Qualifications:

CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in fund raising / investment / financial analysis role
