Job Description
As the Assistant Manager - Global Operations at CADD International, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the company's operations on a global scale. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of operational strategies. This role requires strong leadership skills, a global mindset, and the ability to manage complex operations in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with ERP systems and other relevant software applications.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
