Strong focus on people reviews, development and retention of key talents. Regularly coach, mentor and support senior and high potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop and maintain effective relationships and encourage retention
To design and implemented HR policies and Procedures across all level
Drive the continuous improvement agenda with focus on engagement & welfare activities, maximizing productivity, evolving HR responsibilities and building leadership capability.
Experience in Goal Setting and PMS Reviews
Strong knowledge and experience in talent management, people and leadership development, culture building, organizational development and industrial relations
Experience at Employee Engagement Programs
Experience at employee Probation and Confirmations process
Proven leadership skills with the composure and patience needed to drive improvements
Leading HR best practices and regulations.
