Ø Maintaining Human Resource Information System (HRMIS).
Performance Management & Development
• Act as an employee champion through constant pulse, employee connects and other engagement avenues. Manage report out of employee engagement survey action planning
• Supporting the conceptualization, design and implementation of HR strategic initiatives/ processes. Project Management of all projects of the functions. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• As HR Generalist for the function, deliver on the following for all managers employees as required:
• Support all transactional activities for the function such as transfer, manager change, etc
• Provide support for Performance management and appraisal
• Training support, including identification of needs design / identification of appropriate programs
• Exit Management
• Manage processes like:
• Statutory compliances
• Performance Management
• Rewards Recognition
• Insurance
• Payroll activities including attendance, leave, payroll inputs etc.
• Any other HR process as defined from time to time
• Define support collection of relevant data for meaningful analysis (attrition, manpower, RR and performance, dashboards, employee engagement scores etc.)
• Manage employee grievances and queries through HR Shared Services support
• Support communication processes within the region to ensure consistency of culture, values, and experience among employees
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
