Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring. Ensure structured onboarding and induction for new hires.
HR Operations (Hire to Retire)
Administer payroll, employee records, confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits, and compliance. Maintain accurate documentation and employee database on KEKA HRMS.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Design and execute engagement activities, R&Rs, and welfare initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Performance Management
Implement PMS through KEKA HRMS. Guide managers and employees in appraisal processes and performance improvement plans.
Learning & Development
Coordinate L&D programs, training calendars, and capability-building workshops.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Draft, update, and communicate HR policies in line with organizational goals.
Administration & Office Management
Oversee office administration, vendor management, travel arrangements, and procurement of office supplies.
Employee Relations
Act as point of contact for grievance redressal. Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Skills & Competencies
In-depth understanding of the alcoholic beverages industry and trade dynamics
Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance
Hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Educational Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
