Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Experience in employee engagement, Talent Management, learning & development and conflict resolution
- Proficient in performance management processes
- Work on initiatives related to identification of HiPos and ensure continued engagement for the same.
- Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct and outlined ethical guidelines.
- Provide business insights on the change management strategy.
- Lead the implementation of HR initiatives and projects assigned by HQ at local level
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR domain
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
