• Employee Life cycle Management
• Responsible for design and implementation of various HR initiatives
• Responsible for HR Policies review and Improvisation.
• Responsible for HRMS Management.
• Responsible for Group Mediclaim Policy Management.
• Responsible for Employee Engagement initiatives design and implementation.
• Responsible for Training Development initiatives
• Would be a Single Point of Contact for all Corporate HR Initiatives deployed across India.
Desired Skills
• Should have experience of HR Business Partner role of at least 2 years
• High proficiency in stakeholder Management
• Should possess experience mix of multiple "Centre of Excellences" and Generalist HR role
• Should have exposure on multiple entity management.
• Should possess strong MS Office skills
• Strong People Management Skills
