Must have experience in US audit like CT pat , Social compliance
-Can Handle of Client and Statutory Audits
– Hands-on experience with Statutory compliance
– Needs to be very aggressive towards his work
Previous working experience for HR Compliance Management 10-12 years Experience performing compliance gap assessments and implementing appropriate controls to close the gaps
