Staying updated on relevant labor laws, regulations, and legal requirements applicable to the organization.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, industrial relations regulations, and other applicable statutes.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to employment, such as contracts, attendance, leave, and wage information.
Employee Relations And Industrial Relations
Developing and maintaining positive employee relations within the organization.
Assisting in managing employee grievances and addressing workplace conflicts.
Reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure alignment with labor laws and compliance requirements.
Communicating HR policies and procedures to employees and ensuring understanding and adherence.
Training And Development
Assisting in organizing and conducting training programs on HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
Facilitating training sessions on labor laws, industrial relations, and legal compliance for managers and employees.
Promoting awareness and understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements throughout the organization.
Recruitment And Onboarding Support
Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure compliance with labor laws during the hiring process.
Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and policy briefings.
HR Administration And Record-Keeping
Assisting in HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing reports.
