Job Description
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any stream with 5 to 10 years' experience in the field of Human Resources in a reputed company having a factory and more than 200 employees.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager – HR in the overall running of Sealmatic’s HR department and HR Team.
Strict adherence and implementation of Sealmatic’s HR policies and government’s labour laws and Factory Act 1+48 procedures and regulations and Statutory Compliances.
Knowledge and implementation of all Labour Laws, ESIC, PF, PT, Group Mediclaim Insurance, Travel and overtime reimbursement etc.
Understand internal HR manpower requirement, sourcing, interview, offer, joining, on boarding and induction of selected candidates.
Connect with department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
Along with the HR Manager, set objectives for the HR team members and track their progress.
Resolve employee relations issues in line with the given company policies and government guidelines.
Organize learning, safety and development programs.
Support and suggest improvements to the entire HR process, policies and recruitment process.
Any other Ad hoc projects as and when required.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and conflict management skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Fully versed with Labour Laws and Factory Act 1+48 and related rules and implementation of the regulations and statutory compliances.
Experience in a Human Resources Management Software (attendance and payroll).
Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
Honest, ethical, dependable, positive and an enterprising attitude.
Good stress management skills and ability to make correct decisions under pressure.
Attentive, understanding, relatable and an empathetic listener.
Computer literate in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and a HRMS software
