2 to 4 years of experience as an employee engagement specialist

• Knowledge and understanding of best practices across industry for employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and influencing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and managing internal & external stakeholders like; Employees, vendors, and agencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including solid analytical skills and ability and proven experience using and presenting data to make decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement
• Responsible for designing & developing Employee Engagement Calendar and initiatives.
• Preparing & maintaining Employee Engagement budget as per Calendar.
• Timely creation and circulation of various internal and external communications - Health & Wellness, Fun@Work posters, R&R, Phoenix Tabloid and any other as required.
• Managing Rewards & Recognition for Pan India
• Focus on Employee Wellness & Wellbeing Initiatives & setting up Employee Assistance Programmes.
• Conduct industry benchmarking to understand the new engagement trends/best practices and conceptualizing new initiatives.
OD Interventions
• Drive initiatives on: Great Place to Work - Work on gathering data required for great place to work Certification. Find out the gaps on existing vs desired policy and work towards what is required to achieve great place to work.
• Drive Diversity & inclusive initiatives & work on competitor data and make a list of various DEI initiatives that exist outside the industry and see what great practices exist on DEI.
o Look into existing policies to make it inclusive.
o Launch initiatives to scale DEI.
o Conduct industry benchmarking to understand the new engagement trends/best practices and conceptualizing new initiatives.
• Focus on Employee Wellness & Wellbeing Initiatives.
• Create Employee Value Proposition (EVPs) and Employee Satisfaction Surveys (ESS)
o EE survey - Launch an Annual anonymous pulse survey on employees for feedback on working conditions, policy, support, resources, training.
HR Generalist
• Support in Performance Management System (Goal Setting, Mid-year review & Final Year Appraisals)
• Managing and Increasing Followership of PML Linkedin Page. Create and Coordinate for various Linkedin Campaigns

• Coordination with Vendors, agencies etc.
• provide various administrative and operational support to other facets of HR
