Profile Offered :- Assistant Manager - HR Operations
Exp :- Minimum 5 Years
Package :- Upto +.5 LPA
Shift Timings :- 3pm -12am
Notice Period :- Immediate joiners required

Roles & Responsibilities
• Implementing & driving various HR initiatives, driving culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Grievances handling and disposal of the same with appropriate action
• Liaising with statutory bodies etc., policy mapping as per labor laws and Acts
• Maintaining employee records on HRMS and keeping it up to date in totality (creating new joiners, processing exits, transfers)
• Managing leave & attendance records on system
• Addressing and resolving queries on timely basis
• Keeping a track on employee turnover and exit rate
• Taking the surveys in order to understand their engagement level and accordingly take actions.
• Providing accurate payroll inputs to the Finance team on monthly basis
• Handling payroll, HR, statutory audits / PF, ESI, LWF and Gratuity
• Processing full & final settlements within timelines (recoveries, gratuity pay-outs etc.)
• Managing statutory compliance for Noida location as per labor laws
• Managing the entire onboarding and exit process end to end, maintaining employee personal files, issuance of letters
• Managing background verification checks by following set processes
Requirement
• Candidates with excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) and good academic background.
• Proven work experience of handling HR functions as an Lead/ AM in a mid size organization (Preferably from BPO/KPO industry)
• Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
• Tech savvy, (Good at Google Sheet)
• BCom/BBA/MBA or related field, holding any specialization
• Meticulous, must be able to work on tight timelines under pressure, multi-tasker
