• Team Management - provide professional support and advice the team on best practices in recruitment and selection. Own deliver recruitment targets for self team.
• HRIS MIS: Maintaining HRIS publishing various trackers MIS reports, review with Management / Manager.
• Training: Training the staff to help them handle current job responsibilities. Nurturing Show casing the Talent. Manage, train groom the team.
• Handling attendance and payroll cycle for the internal employees
• Co-ordination with HODs/Branch Managers across the group
• Managing the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
• Conducting Orientation of the new employees
• Preparing and processing FF of left employees
• Handling current and ex-employee grievances
• Managing the performance management process
• Maintaining employee personal and salary records
