Roles and Responsibilities:
• Focus on industry-specific recruitments, particularly within the Public Relations, Public Policy, and Research domains.
• Manage the day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, salary and leave management, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through platforms like Naukri, DevNetJobs, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Organize and facilitate induction programs for new hires and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Manage the exit process for employees, including conducting exit interviews and processing documentation.
• Provide recruitment dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and attrition reports to leadership as needed.
• Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, such as travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, vendor management, and scheduling stakeholder meetings or calls.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR processes.
• Handle employee grievances and address workplace concerns promptly and effectively.
• Support leadership with any additional responsibilities as assigned, with a focus on operational and administrative support.
• Develop strategies to support employee engagement and team-building activities, ensuring a positive work environment.
Skillset Required:
• Strong recruitment expertise, especially within the Public Relations and Communications industry.
• Proficiency in managing HR administrative tasks and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
• Competence in handling MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of employment policies and procedures.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and address HR-related challenges effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and administrative responsibilities.
• Professional certification in Human Resources is a plus.
