Job Description
1. Manage and maintain end-to-end HR systems such as Fusion, OneAxis, RippleHire, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal performance
2. Take complete ownership of HRIS
3. Lead system configuration enhancements including configuration, testing, and deployment of updates, new features, and enhancements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors
4. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and security across all platforms
5. Generate and automate reports for HR and business stakeholders as needed
6. Manage system integrations between payroll, recruitment, performance, learning, and other systems to ensure seamless data flow
7. Act as the go-to expert for system-related queries and conduct training sessions and create user guides for employees and HR team members
8. Liaise with external vendors like Oracle and RippleHire for support, issue resolution, system upgrades, and enhancements
+. Ensure all systems and processes comply with legal, audit, and data protection regulations
10. Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
Requirements:
1. Have 2-3 years of experience managing HR systems, preferably including Oracle Fusion HCM, OneAxis, RippleHire, or similar
2. Possess strong understanding of HR operations and processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance, and payroll
3. Demonstrate proven experience in system implementation, configuration, and integrations
4. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Show excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
6. Maintain high attention to detail and data accuracy
Mandatory: 2-3 years of experience managing HR systems
