Job Description
• Monitored the safety rules & equipment's at working area.
• Maintain training records.
• Monitor general administration including safety, security and Housekeeping.t
• Preparation of daily attendance report
• Prepare & submit Daily attendance report to HR manager and other management.
• Coordinate with Labor contractors if required
• Identify competency requirements in consultation with dept. heads.
• Maintain 5S System
• Handle employee inquiries, address concerns, and assist with employee relations issues.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation for management.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.
• Prepare ,submit and maintain statutory records (NATS,PF, ESIC, Insurance, factory return, LWF, Factory License, MPCB, Stability certificate, Environment return etc)
