Job Description
Responsibilities
• Responsible for handling Compliance Audit, handling direct and third-Party SOCIAL, SECURITY, and other relevant audits of more than ten Compliances.
• Legal liaison. (Factory license, layout approval, stability, fire NOC, Air, water Consent)
• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• Internal Audit. (Factory Compliance)
• Payroll and Statutory compliance. (Contractor and on roll)
• Payroll process, leave management, in-out time, ESI, PF Challan generation and all over statutory and factory return.
• KPA , KRA assign all over staff and supervisor
• Responsible for proper Condition of Organization Admin, Housekeeping, Security, Transport &All Maintenance and Follow-up Whole Premise Operation fulfilling the requirements of management assigned work and compliance Audit need
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
Experience Required - 5+ years.
Job Location - Jaipur Sitapura Industrial Area
Salary Offered - ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A
