The HR Generalist AM - HRwill be responsible for entire Gamut of HR Generalist roles and responsibilities.
Hospital work Experince is mandatory

experience : 5 to 10 years
The HR generalist should be proficient in implementing tools for Organization Development which include Recruitment, Induction and Orientation, HR Operations, Staffing, Employee Engagement, PMS, Appraisals, Training and Development activity.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, Selection Manpower Planning
• Planning of Manpower requirement for function, collaborate with recruitment channels for sourcing applicants to meet the hiring needs, interview, select and offer issuance to applicants, carry out onboarding process and induction.
• Hiring of Technical and Non-Technical candidate as per Hiring process
• Constant Interaction with HODs of functional departments to understand job description & requirements in order to ensure profile matching.
• Empanelment with recruitment firms to avail quality recruitment services.
• Advertising vacancies on social media, professional sites and job portals; Initial screening of the candidates / conduct first round of telephonic interview.

• Maintain adequate pipeline of candidates for critical positions.
• Follow up with the expected joiners till the date of joining Onboarding
• Responsible for Joining formalities and Documentation process as per checklist.
• Responsible for induction and Orientation session for all the joiners as per the process
• Ensure pre joining formalities - pre-employment Background verification of employment, preparation and issuance of Appointment Letters, Employee Agreements and any other documents as per required.
HR Operations
• Taking care of Joining to Exit Formalities
• Preparation of CTC structure and accordingly negotiating with shortlisted candidate.
• Checking & Maintaining of Overtime & late coming reports, Absenteeism
• Taking care of on time processing of the payroll.
• Cross verification of report for final input in overall employee data. Be a strong custodian of statutory requirements
HR Policy
• Implement & effectively communicate HR Policies, ensure compliance as per the organizations need and goal periodically
• preparing and rolling out the new policies.
Training & Development
• Assessing Training & Developmental needs of each employee by discussing with Reporting Managers and departmental heads Maintaining the training schedule.
• Prepare training programs & the network of trainers & experts. Co-ordinate/Arrange trainings whenever required.
