About The Job : Hiring is open for Human Resource - Asst. Manager to handle the following responsibilities: • Recruitment & Selection: Conduct and Manage the recruitment and selection process of employees. • Human Resources Policy: Develop, Implement, and Maintain Human Resources policies across the organisation. Develop policies that are in line with the company’s vision. • Bridge the gap between the Management and the Employees by addressing grievances and other demands. • Build nurture, and maintain human capital to support business needs. • Plan and Conduct new employee orientation sessions so that the employee has a positive outlook toward the company and its goals. • Ensure complete legal compliance with company policies. • Develop and Maintain a Performance-based system that motivates the employees to perform well. • Report to the management and provide support through HR Metrics. • Conduct Performance Review sessions to ensure effectiveness and compliance. • Advise the management in context to provide an apt resolution to employees’ issues. • Resolving conflicts through personal and professional counseling. • Develop and implement clear policies that are beneficial for both employees and management. • Research on worker remuneration, labor negotiations, HR policies and procedures, and employee retention schemes. • Coordinate and prepare payroll information for month-end salary payments. • Capture and keep accurate employee data in the HR system and perform general HR Administration duties. • Ensure there are no disciplinary issues at the workplace and issue warnings and counsel employees who constantly falter. ELIGIBILITY: · Proven working experience as an HR or HR Executive. · Candidates with an MBA in Human Resources will be given preference. · Detailed experience in Human Resources Metrics. · Knowledge of HR Systems and Databases. · Strong leadership skills with the ability to formulate and plan contingencies. · Excellent listening, counseling, and negotiation skills. · Ability to maintain interpersonal relationships at all levels in the company. · Knowledge about and Commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
