SUMMARY
The HR Manager plays a crucial role in the success of the business and is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. People are our most important asset, and the HR Manager is responsible for ensuring a happy and productive workplace where everyone works towards achieving our mission and objectives. In addition to managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management, the HR Manager also plays a vital role in promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Flexibility to work during the US shift is essential.
• Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behaviour
• Developing and ensuring policy awareness.
• Employee Relations (Grievance Handling) & employee engagement, record maintenance
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
• Lead team of Team Leads and Executives.
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Ensuring optimum utilization of human resources i.e., manpower planning and deployment.
• Exposure in an HRMS or online HR processes, 'Ensure all HR Operation processes meet the benchmarks
• Maintain a functional organisational structure for various departments. And to ensure continuous up-gradation of employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
An MBA (Full-time) with hands-on experience in recruitment, designing organization structure, and employee development at the corporate level.
• Should be able to lead a team, excellent communication skills with around 7 to 8 years of post-MBA experience.
• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or Team Lead
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
