Manage Operations of the internal and external clients.
Responsibilities:
• Manage complete payroll cycle for internal and external clients
• Manage leave & attendance on HRMS system
• Handling employee issue/s (as and when required)
• Handle Compliance: To Ensure the company is aligned with country specific labour laws. Adept with PF & ESIC regulations.
• Manage employee relations
• Manage Exit Process
• Drafting and executing policies and procedures.
Require knowledge, Skills and Competencies.
• MBA in HR with relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Should be able to work independently.
• Adept in MS Office
