🔍 About the Role:
Adarsh Infrainterio is seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to take ownership of a broad range of HR functions — from payroll and HRMS operations to industrial relations, performance management, and training & development. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, process-driven, and experienced in manufacturing industry HR practices.
🧑💼 This role reports directly to the Director and will play a key role in aligning HR operations with business goals.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing with full accuracy using Spine HR, PagarBook, or similar tools
• Manage all activities in the HRMS system – employee data, attendance, leave, etc.
• Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.)
• Address employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and compliance
• Maintain smooth industrial relations with factory/workshop staff
• Coordinate with legal/labor consultants to ensure labor law compliance
• Lead performance management cycles including KRA setting and annual appraisals
• Design and execute training & development programs across departments
• Support all core HR functions – onboarding, documentation, exit formalities, engagement activities
• Provide regular HR updates and reports to the Director and leadership
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all HR practices
