• Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Assistant Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment of experienced telesales agents in large numbers for a fast-paced domestic telesales call center environment.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in BPO hiring with a proven track record in volume recruitment, team management, and strategic hiring planning.
• Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment of experienced telesales agents in large numbers across multiple locations.
Partner with operations and training teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
Develop and manage sourcing strategies for high-volume recruitment via job portals, walk-ins, social media, and employee referrals.
Manage the candidate screening, interviewing, and selection process end-to-end.
Coordinate with onboarding, documentation, and HR operations for smooth joining and compliance.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (daily/weekly/monthly hiring performance).
Ensure quality of hires and control early attrition by pre-joining engagement.
Mentor and manage a team of recruiters.
Maintain a strong database of telesales candidates for pipeline hiring.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in domestic BPO/telesales hiring; recruitment of experienced telesales agents in large numbers is mandatory.
Experience handling a minimum of 200+ profiles/month hiring.
Strong knowledge of hiring metrics, recruitment tools & sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
Hands-on experience in on-ground drives, walk-ins, job fairs, and agency coordination.
