Job Responsibilities
• Managing internal hiring for Talent Toppers LLP and ensuring on-time fulfillment of the open positions
• Making and implementing the right recruitment strategies for attracting candidates
• Mentoring and supervising the junior team members
• Sourcing resumes through Job portals , other sources , head hunting and references
• Screening profiles according to the job specifications
• Conducting the first level of interviews and salary negotiations with prospective candidates
• Coordination / Pre joining engagement with the candidates till successful on boarding.
• Responsible for coordinating the training & development activities
• Driving the employee engagement activities and handling first level grievances
• Facilitating smooth Induction and onboarding
• Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets
• Superior Communication and Interaction skills
• Demonstrated management presentation abilities
• Strong Interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Should be able to work independently.
• Self- motivated with Business Acumen skills
Education - MBA / Post Graduate in HR or Psychology
