Role Description
We are looking for an ambitious self-driven energetic Sales & business development manager for International Business of a reputed export driven company having manufacturing units located near Mumbai & Delhi. As per our conversation on current role, we are looking for an ambitious self-driven energetic Business Development Manager for newly emerging Markets in East and West Africa.
The candidate will be the front of the company & will be dedicated to create & apply an effective revenue generation strategy for the emerging markets business.
Qualifications
• Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close with strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in MS office & CRM.
• Natural flair for building rapport with the customers
• Proficiency in English both written & spoken with effective negotiation skills.
• Market knowledge of emerging markets in East and West Africa.
• Time management & planning skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and market dynamics in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field
Roles and responsibilities
• Develop a sound business plan to ensure seamless revenue generation & customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new customers / markets & their needs.
• Promote the products in emerging markets from company’s EU / WHO -GM.P approved facilities.
• Arrange successful business meet with existing & prospective customers.
• Build long term fruitful relationship with existing & new customers.
• Prepare sales contracts as per company’s policy.
• Keep records of sales invoices & remittances
• Co-ordination with production/planning / regulatory department to ensure smooth operations.
Salary can be offered in the Range of 7 to + Lacs
