Role description
We are seeking finance and advisory professionals with 6-8 years of experience to join our team in roles focused on process improvement, data visualization, and benchmarking. These positions play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making through detailed analysis and close collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for key performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI
• Document and refine business processes and workflows using Visio
• Analyze financial and non-financial metrics using APQC frameworks
• Prepare visualizations based on benchmark data
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback and improve
Skills
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Visio
• Familiarity with APQC frameworks (preferred or required depending on role)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
