Job Description
• Advising and clarifying the queries of company and team relating to the title of property.
• Vetting title documents and preparing in-house due diligence with respect to the properties, which the company wishes to purchase its peripherals.
• Co-ordinating with land owners/their Advocates to explain the queries raised on the property.
• Co-ordinating with Company’s Panel Advocates for clarifying and getting second legal opinion.
• Liasoning and clarifying with authorities of Government relating to legal queries.
• Preparing various documents, Joint Venture, MOUs, Sale deed, POA, Sale agreement, undertakings, indemnities, etc., relating to purchasing of properties.
• Drafting customer sale deeds, construction agreement, Tripartite Agreement and other related documents.
• Liasoning with revenue department relating to clarifying legal queries for getting revenue records etc.
• Managing all the Legal Functions of the Company including litigation, conveyance secretarial, corporate and regulatory affairs.
• Study and legal assessment of feasibility in legal frame work with reference to municipal/state/central laws in Land purchase.
• Handling legal issues/disputes/litigations connected with Property purchase, Title, etc., related legal disputes before Civil, Revenue, quasi-judicial courts and high courts and Arbitration Tribunals in multiple locations.
• Co-ordination and liaisoning of legal and regulatory compliance to be observed.
Key Result Areas :
• Ensure value improvement through smart liasioning, outstanding management of the planning process, and cost efficiency.
• Build a network of strong relationships with key contacts within the government bodies to immediately sort the obstacles
• Input into the development of the local business strategy to ensure future development and growth
• Management of the land and development budget with close liaison with the Business unit Financial Director.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
