Role Overview
As a Sales Development Assistant Manager / Manager, you will lead customer acquisition and account growth for our Freight Management System (FMS) and related ERP/SaaS products. This is a consultative, solution-led sales role requiring strong domain understanding and disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business for FMS, ERP, and SaaS platforms within the freight & CHA segment
• Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposal, negotiation, and closure
• Identify customer operational gaps and map them to product capabilities
• Work closely with product, implementation, and support teams
• Build and manage a strong regional sales pipeline with forecast accuracy
• Lead commercial discussions and close multi-year software agreements
• Maintain CRM hygiene and structured sales reporting
• Participate in industry events, demos, and customer workshops
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks
Experience & Profile
• 3–5+ years of experience selling software / SaaS / ERP solutions
• Prior exposure to freight forwarding, CHA, logistics, or supply chain systems
• Strong understanding of FMS, customs workflows, billing, or operations is preferred
• Proven track record in enterprise or B2B product sales
• Excellent communication, demo, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable engaging with CXOs, operations heads, and IT teams
