Flipkart Health+ is a new entity within the Flipkart Group which intends to redefine the healthcare services by taking consumers/patients first approach. We want to improve the overall health of our patients/customers across regions within India by solving for accessibility, quality and affordability of healthcare services in India. The Group is also a majority shareholder in PhonePe, one of the leading Payments Apps in India. About Role - Creative Designer is an Individual Contributor role where you will be responsible for Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, use your artistic abilities to communicate ideas, inform consumers, and solve problems. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to create and maintain a relevant aesthetic for our App/Website/Msite and other digital and social media platforms. The creative designer is responsible for working with other designers and web developers to ensure that the App/Website/Msite is functional while attractive. It is often essential to collaborate with content writers, marketers, advertisers, and brand /product managers to understand the communication and business requirements and deliver the collateral accordingly. You must stay abreast of current trends in digital products, the arts, e-commerce, marketing and advertising. Technical Capabilities: Good Visualization, Conceptualisation and Illustration skill Strong experience in Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDraw Strong experience in converting ideas to final designs Strong experience in digital media designs for E-Commerce platforms Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects Required Abilities / Competencies: Excellent eye for detail Ability to adapt to and learn new tools/ techniques quickly Very good written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements Bachelor's / Master degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field 6-8 Years of experience in relevant role
