Job Title: Sr. Engineer/Asst Manager – Design & Costing
Business Unit/ Function: Solar BU /Product Design
Location: Greater Noida
Experience : 5Yrs – 10Yrs
Education: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical.
Job Responsibility:
Design Solar rooftop systems ( 2KW to 500KW) for residential/Institutional/Industrial rooftops using PV Syst & technical data of Solar Modules/Solar Inverters .
Technical Evaluation of solar products of various manufacturers ( prepare technical comparison) & develop Solar Products ( Inverters/Water Pump system kits) as per requirement & plan of Solar BU. Keeping update on IEC/BIS testing requirements for solar inverters.
• Sound Technical Knowledge of Solar Inverters Technical Parameters/Functioning & designing of solar
Plant .
• Shading analysis using AutoCAD 2D/3D, and Google SketchUp.
• Preparation of technical requirement according to tender / Client requirement.
• Design of layouts:- Array layout, AC/DC SLD, Earthing layout, LA Layout, AC/DC Cable routing layout, etc.
• Basic knowledge of using PVSYST software & understanding of reports generated .
• Design specifications and functional requirements for residential, commercial, and industrial
solar energy systems and components.
• ACDB & DCDB design knowledge & basic functional testing
• Able to prepare single-line diagram, layouts, equipment specifications, cabling, conduit, and panel
• schedules with basic knowledge of Electrical components used in solar system
