Assistant Manager Operations
Job Description

Role and Key Responsibilities:
• Process Design
• Work on standardizing the workflows
▪ Document every change and relate it to existing process or goals
▪ Synthesize information to see the big picture while effectively managing the
details.
• Work on deliverables such as:
▪ Business plan - provide focus area or theme and project the business goals for
each quarter
▪ Key Performance Indicator - assess, define, or propose the most applicable or
appropriate KPI to measure success that will ensure growth of the organization.
▪ Data flow diagrams and flowcharts
Simplify the process to achieve cost efficient workflow.
• System Analysis
• Articulate product questions, pulling data from data sets and using statistics to arrive at an
answer.
• Interpret business rules and requirements
▪ Identify if rules and requirements are applicable to achieve business goals
• Work on technical systems together with Developers / Programmers
▪ Creation of Dashboards and tools enhancement
▪ Bug management of feature requests and assessed necessity
• Work on deliverables such as:
▪ Logical Data models
▪ Use Case Scenario
• Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual report of the team's performance
• Required deliverables based on the current Statement of Work
• Manage SLA of the team
• Work with the OSD Team for operations discussion
• Provide feedback, focus/drive areas and action items to achieve goals
Key skills & knowledge:
• +3 yrs work experience in working with complex system implementations and organizational processes
• Analytics programming such as SQL, Python, JavaScript
• Data mining experience
• Understanding of statistical concepts and agile project management.
• Experience in trend analysis
• Experience working with Spreadsheets with intermediate formula application and database software (Excel, Smartsheet’s, Tableau, SAP, SAS Business Intelligence)
Education – Graduate
