Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Supervision
Lead and mentor a team of Quality Analysts, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
Quality Assurance Oversight
Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes, policies, and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of products, services, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and present detailed reports on quality performance, audit results, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
Maintain accurate documentation of quality checks, testing procedures, and corrective actions.
Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Coordination
Work closely with other departments, such as operations, production, and customer service, to identify quality issues and resolve them effectively.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to align quality goals with overall business objectives.
Training & Development
Organize training programs for the QA team on new tools, technologies, and quality management systems.
Foster a proactive approach to quality by encouraging ongoing learning and development within the department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
3-5 years of experience in quality management or analysis, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO +001, Six Sigma, Lean).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and effectively manage teams.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), Lean, or other relevant quality certifications.
Experience with quality management software or tools (e.g., Jira, SAP Quality Management, QMS systems).
Familiarity with regulatory standards specific to the industry (e.g., FDA, ISO, etc.
