Educational Qualification - Graduation and above
Location : Nagpur/Mumbai
Minimum experience - 1 year as AM in the same role
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Produces new process improvement techniques and services.
· Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities through Lean Six Sigma Methodologies.
· Measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls
· Manages the operation of the organization's total quality management (TQM) program
· Oversees the development of Lean Six Sigma for assuring high quality services that meet customer needs
· Conduct LSS and activities in Operations floor and mentor GBs, YBs and facilitates while working collaboratively with management.
· Continually demonstrate a working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Tools
· Coordinate and manage the work of employees by directing members of the team to meet the area’s goals. Audit regularly to ensure standard operating procedures are being adhered
· Develops, implements, and leads key process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts through Six Sigma Methodology
· Manage employee performance and assist employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring and administering performance reviews. Recommend, plan and/or implement employee training and skill development activities.· Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions
