Recruit and manage a team
Responsible for revenue generation and Productivity of the team
Drive and achieve targets through the team
Should be involved in daily/weekly/monthly monitoring of the team through MIS, Call reviews, Business reviews.
Should be able to setup the structure of quality control, team grooming and engagement with a view to identify super star agents and help them become team leaders in future
Should be able to interact with the senior management and present the progress of the team and the way forward.
Should continuously study the competitors and identify and implement good practices Qualifications
