Job description
To contribute in business growth through differentiated technical services activities which are aligned with business expectation and supporting stakeholders towards common goal of the organization
What you’ll be doing:
• Have a deep understanding of the company's systems, products and services and how they meet the needs of customers. Use technical knowledge to support in making technical recommendations to relevant internal & external customers.
• Provide technical assistance to sales & specification team by resolving queries and issues which are generic / conceptual or specific to projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and connect with potential customers engaged on target construction projects to secure specifications.
• Support in collecting relevant technical inputs required to understand need of architects, designers and contractors and help in translating it to design inputs so that design team can prepare the project proposal, complying with project requirement, accepted standards and Industry codes of practice.
• Provide assistance and training to the specifications and sales team on the usage of available tools to enable them in technical selling.
• If requested, visit on-site construction in collaboration with the regional teams and customer to provide advice and solutions to problems encountered.
• Research markets for ancillary products and make recommendations to support/ complete the KNAUF Systems and Solutions.
• Support in developing and delivering engaging technical presentations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
• Prepare technical documents and presentations on specific subjects to support customer understanding and decision-making

• Preferable B.E/B.Tech in Civil/ Mechanical / Architecture with minimum 8+ years of experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in preparing technical documents and presentations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with business process relevant to building industry.
• Customer focused attitude
• Good understanding and working proficiency on MS office tools.
• Fluency in English and Hindi. Other languages are desirable.
