Experience: 0-2 Years
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual for treasury and trade finance role to join our growing finance team. This role is pivotal in driving disbursement process , ensuring debt related compliance and fund management for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support in trade finance (BGs, LCs, Supplier's / Buyer's Credit, LCBD etc.), working capital limits (WCDL, OD etc.), Treasury Functions (FX Options & Swaps etc.)
• Timely issuance of BGs & LCs & amendments as per business requirement, tracking commission charged by banks, MIS maintenance
• Vetting vendor BGs, maintain MIS, timely alerts for renewal of near-to-expiry BGs
• Timely completion of documents for Supplier's / Buyer's Credit & LCBD, keep track of interest servicing, MIS
• Preparation of documents for hedging, execution of contract with banks and maintain MIS
• Maintain and build relationships with bank's operations team for execution of trades
• Support due-diligence exercises conducted by banks
• Support in execution of loan documents and security documents
• Periodic compliance information and financial covenants during all financings
