Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Internal Communications: Develop and implement strategic internal communication plans that drive engagement and ensure everyone is on the same page. Craft messages that cut through the noise, whether rallying the team for new initiatives or sharing important updates.
• Marketing Strategy Support: Help brainstorm and execute innovative marketing strategies that resonate with employees, customers, users, and stakeholders alike. Collaborate with teams to create messages that leave a lasting impression across various channels.
• Problem Solver: You see challenges as puzzles to solve. Tackle issues quickly and creatively, just like our elevators reaching the top floor!
• Design & Content Creation: Create sharp and professional-looking materials, from internal flyers to presentation decks. Your designs will be as good as your ideas.
• Customer Insight and Research: You’ve got a knack for understanding what customers want—before they even know it! Use consumer insights to keep us ahead of the game.
• Collaboration with Agencies: Whether you’ve worked in a marketing agency or partnered with one, you know how to get the best from our key partners.

• Education: A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a similar field. An MBA is a bonus, but we’re really interested in your experience and enthusiasm.
• Experience: Proven experience in strategic internal communications and marketing across diverse audiences, whether from an agency or brand perspective.
• Tech Skills: Know your way around Microsoft 365, Canva, Creative Cloud, etc. Familiarity with CRM systems and social media tools? Even better!
• Attention to Detail: You can spot a misalignment without a grid! Your keen eye ensures everything looks sharp and consistent.
