What You’ll Do
Lead and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
Drive content ideation and execution for Reels, Shorts, and long-form videos
Plan, create, and optimise paid ads & UGC creatives using A/B testing and performance insights
Analyse audience behavior, competitor activity, and campaign metrics to improve engagement and conversions
Collaborate with SEO, Design, Product & Performance Marketing teams for cohesive campaigns
Manage performance-focused email marketing and newsletters
Present insights, reports, and recommendations to internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media (BFSI experience preferred)
Strong understanding of content strategy, performance marketing & analytics
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, & YouTube Studio
Ability to turn data into actionable marketing insights
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skill
