Canterbury Education Group (CEG) is a prestigious and rapidly growing Australian education group. We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Marketing and Admissions Manager to support Canterbury Training & Development Institute (CTDI), one of our Registered Training Organisations, working directly under the CEO.
This is a hands-on role combining student acquisition, brand growth, and admissions conversion — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive student enquiries and enrolments across CTDI's nationally accredited online courses
Manage and coordinate an existing offshore marketing team spanning 11 countries
Oversee and execute digital marketing strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms
Qualify and convert inbound leads through to enrolment
Manage the full admissions pipeline from enquiry to confirmed enrolment
Maintain accurate admissions records and enrolment documentation within aXcelerate
Liaise with referral partners and industry contacts to support lead generation
Provide structured weekly performance reports directly to the CEO covering pipeline, conversions, and marketing activity
Essential Requirements (Must-Have)
Proven experience in a VET marketing or admissions management role
Demonstrated ability to manage remote or offshore teams across multiple time zones
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content strategy
Experience managing paid media campaigns
Familiarity with CRM or student management systems (aXcelerate experience highly regarded)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and hit enrolment targets
High attention to detail and professional written communication
Remuneration & Perks
Base salary (commensurate with experience)
Commission per confirmed student enrolment
Paid domestic and international travel for marketing activity and staff development
Work within a globally operating education group with a team across 11 countries
Applicants without prior VET sector marketing experience will not be considered.
