The opportunity:

To build a brand from the ground up. We’re looking for a passionate and talented Marketing Manager to ideate and manage day-to-day marketing efforts. The candidate will be a creative thought-partner to the Dextrus team and play a central role in translating the DEXTRUS brand at a national and global level to activate new and existing markets. The role will support our Culture Director in developing the marketing plan and executing the same by managing digital marketing, brand building, PR, and creating focused events customized for various stakeholders to create an experience unique to Dextrus whilst focusing on driving business growth.

Roles and responsibilities:

● Help develop and manage marketing plans along with the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis with clear targets in mind

● Developing a unique community culture through organizing client events and community engagement events

● Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of marketing execution – from hands-on operational work to coordinating [with agencies or internal teams] for execution, holding them accountable for contractual deliverables and KPIs

● Execute successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

● Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like

❖ Content creation,

❖ Content curation,

❖ Online campaigns,

❖ Event management,

❖ PR,

❖ Social media,

❖ Lead generation campaigns,

❖ Copywriting,

❖ Performance analysis

● Produce valuable and engaging content for our social media ads and posts, website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups. This means being well versed with capturing moments on the go and writing apt copies and posting online.

● Leverage existing partnerships for revenue generation and developing strategic partnership opportunities, in collaboration with the brand and sales goals

● Scale our impact across the region by equipping the Sales teams to activate their buildings and surrounding communities to drive lead generation and retention

● Successfully build brand presence while maintaining the core brand values and mission

● Use necessary platforms and tools to create needed graphics for each event and promotional campaigns as and when required. Being well versed with graphic designing and basic video editing skills is preferred.

● She/He should know how to implement necessary systems and processes to ensure programs are measurable and are delivering on ROI expectations

● Develop and Manage marketing budgets on a quarterly and yearly basis

● Manage all aspects of execution with external agencies - content, design, PR and social media campaigns

● Produce/Manage Content Marketing efforts across website content and copy, social media posts and our official blog

● Execute partnerships, alliances and collaborations or conducting events at the workspace

● Leverage existing partnerships to meet brand as well as sales goals

● Experiment with organic and paid channels across Content Marketing, Events, Social Media, Influencer Marketing & PR

● Track and Measure the success of campaigns across channels, report the ROI and performance to the management team.

Experience and Qualifications:

● Knowledge of the coworking ecosystem is preferred.

● Actual hands-on experience with all different aspects of marketing: SEO, SEM, Brand, Multi-channel campaign optimization, activation events, guerrilla marketing, other creative lead generation, copy - we are looking for an all-around marketer who can execute on all different aspects of marketing for a growing organization.

● 3+ years of experience in growth-focused marketing - in the enterprise, mid-market, and/or startup space

● Ability to design and execute both tactical and strategic initiatives

● Well versed in content writing, paid marketing analytics and designing and design aesthetics is critical

● Highly creative and able to formulate a unique vision for our communities and members

● Flexible and can adapt accordingly to newly formed organization

● Keen attention to detail along with desire to work in collaboration

● Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills

● Continuously seeking out opportunities to learn and improve

● MBA or bachelor’s degree
