Position Overview:
We are in search of an Experienced Marketing professional ( 1-3 years) who specialises in video content creation ( IG, YT) , influencer marketing, and social media strategy. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our brand's online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving growth on the social media handles. You will work closely with the content team to craft visually appealing and impactful content.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation: Create visually stunning and engaging content specifically tailored for Instagram, and youtube including Long format, posts, stories, reels, and IGTV videos.
Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with Instagram influencers to amplify our brand's reach and visibility. Manage influencer relationships and campaign execution.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement Instagram-centric social media strategies that align with our brand goals and marketing objectives.
Audience Engagement: Foster a thriving Instagram community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with our followers.
Campaign Execution: Contribute to the ideation, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Analytics and Optimization: Monitor Instagram metrics, analyze performance, and adapt strategies to drive better results.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on Instagram trends, beauty industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategies and drive growth
