This remote position is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, including website development, social media marketing, and online advertising campaigns tailored to the healthcare sector in the USA.
Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage our marketing campaigns that promote StafGo Health’s services across various digital platforms.
• Manage and oversee the company’s website development and ensure seamless functionality and modern design that aligns with our branding guidelines.
• Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as META, Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Conduct social media marketing initiatives to increase engagement and brand awareness in target markets within the healthcare sector.
• Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to enhance our marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Provide detailed reports on campaign performance and provide insights on traffic, engagement, and ROI.
Requirements
• 10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically within the healthcare industry targeting the USA market.
• Expertise in managing substantial marketing budgets and leading digital campaigns from conception to realization.
• Proficient in SEO, PPC, email marketing, content development, and social media strategy.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
