Job Description
1. Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Consult with the Director of Marketing to set marketing budgets and goals.
Coordinating marketing strategies with sales, revenue, operations, and management.
2. Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media optimisations, and content marketing.
Manage advertising budgets, monitor campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed for maximum ROI.
Generating new business leads.
3. Brand Management:
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Develop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
Collaborate with design and creative teams to create visually appealing and on-brand marketing assets.
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and any other external communication.
4. Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyze key marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.
Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6. Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's presence in new markets or segments.
Develop marketing strategies tailored to specific customer segments or geographic regions.
7. Vendor and Agency Management:
Collaborate with external marketing agencies, freelancers, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure deliverables are met within budget.
Requirements
