Salary Range: 5 to 7 lakhs

Job Description / Roles & responsibilities:
Marketing:
· Develop marketing collaterals such as promotional material, catalogues, website, online campaigns etc.
· Plan, present & execute budgets for advertising, events & promotions (ATL & BTL).
· Communication across E-commerce, retail, and institutional sales and promos.
· Apply oneself to increase the sale value with trending online and offline marketing strategies/ideas.
· Creating, monitoring, and evaluating marketing programs and activities.
· Timely reporting and updates on all marketing activities.
· Leading, training & monitoring the performance of sales team members to ensure efficiency in meeting individual & group targets.
· Mapping market trends and competitor analysis for new product development in the market.
· Work on brand visibility, brand awareness, brand loyalty
Requirements:
· Minimum 1+ years’ experience in marketing or advertising
· Bachelor's degree + MBA/BMS marketing required.
· Good English language skills.
. Good presentation skills in Powerpoint and Excel.
. Experience of digital marketing will be an advantage
