DISTRICT-ASSISTANT MECHANIC
SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, services vehicles and performs scheduled vehicle service maintenance, assists the mechanic(s) with journey level maintenance and repair work on school buses, grounds equipment, district vehicles, and other vehicles/equipment as needed. Collaborates and works with mechanic(s) to maintain appropriate fleet readiness to ensure safe and effective transportation services according to the regulations of the State of Ohio, Department of Education, and the policies of the Springboro Board of Education.
